SushiPup, a small dog in a sushi roll costume, standing beside a miniature conveyor sushi counter

Counter Shift, 6:12 A.M.

SushiPup

Head chef. Floor height. Zero unattended rice.

Opening Prep

At 6:12 every morning, SushiPup takes the right end of the counter. The rice gets one approving sniff. The nori gets checked for loose corners. Salmon waits in a straight line. Nobody starts the conveyor until the tiny paws are planted and the yellow egg threads sit level. Service begins with one blink, then a very small nod.
